This delicious cocktail is boozy, tropical, bubbly, and sweet. The zingy passionfruit flavour pairs perfectly with our Citrus Based Signature Dry Gin!
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Cuprum Signature Dry Gin
2 oz Passion Fruit Concentrated Drink Mix, (is using juice use 3-4 oz)
5-6 drops of Lemon Bitters
Soda Water, for topping
1/2 Passion Fruit Pulp, to garnish
Instructions
Fill a 16oz highball glass with ice, then add gin, passion fruit concentrated drink mix and lemon bitters. Top with soda water and stir to combine.
Optionally, cut a passion fruit in half, and scoop the interior out with a spoon. Lightly place the passionfruit pulp onto the top of the cocktail. Serve immediately.
