Enjoy a single batch classic dry gin, distilled in our hand crafted copper pot still using juniper berries and the finest locally foraged native botanicals. Manjimup Perigord black truffles have then been infused in this delicate spirit for 4 months, giving way to delicate, sweet and earthy flavours…. Just in time for Christmas.
